The USB core in the AS3525 (used in the AMS Sansas) is identified as "<em>DesignWare USB 2.0 HI-SPEED ON-THE-GO Controller Subsystem</em>" made by Synopsys. This piece is a 3rd party "IP block" that AMS has licensed from Synopsys, and we have no docs at all for this as Synopsys doesn't seem to hand it out and AMS has no rights or ability to do so either.
