Vietnam, our fifth backpacking journey. Would it still be exciting? Would we still say "wow" at every sight? Would we still be able to jog about on night buses and not break down?
Would we ever. Vietnam turned out to be the most amazing country with the most amazing people. Sure, night buses are no more fun now than they were ten years ago and tropical heat twenty-four hours a day is exhausting. But to experience the joy of living of the Vietnamese people, despite severe under-development and a totalitaire regime, gives you a sound perspective on your own life.
Here are some pictures taken during our joyrney- we hope that they will give you an idea about Vietnam. We know that they will help us to remember!
