We&#8217;d be much better off with <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Greenwich_Mean_Time\">GMT<\/a>+2 all the time.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not sure this is because we&#8217;re this far up north in this particular time zone (<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Central_European_Time\">Central European Time<\/a>), or if perhaps most citizens in it feel the same.
