Safari: Serengeti National Park

Elias repairing our jeep that broke down almost daily due to the bad roads.

Gas station, Tanzanian style.

Our first view of Serengeti, which means "endless plains". Very fitting name!

Serengeti is crowded with zebras and wildebeests (gnus). We must've seen several thousands!

At first a little curious...

... but then very sleepy.

Thomson Gazelles

Camping inside the park. Seeing the sun set over Serengeti felt like the real Africa.
