Ok, so the whole world is filled with random chattering by people who like to talk. But among all those, there are some gems and I tend to listen to espisodes from the following teams:
|
This Week In Tech
Weekly show with Leo Laporte and a team of guests on the latest events in the tech world. FLOSS Weekly
Randal Schwartz, Jono Bacon and Leo Laporte interviewing open source people is just great! This Week In Law
Denise Howell and guests talk about technolgical subjects from a legal angle. Lawyer speak and legalese. Open Sources
This podcast hardy ever updates. Matt Asay and Dave Rosenberg's podcast about issues around and related to open source. (They did the previous Open Season podcasts.) Linux Action Show
This podcast stopped and they now do "computer action show" instead. As a sign of my hunt for interesting Linux and open source shows, I tend to listen to these guys too. This is a bi-weekly show with two linux users. While lacking techy details and a deeper understanding of how things glue together, I still enjoy most of their shows. |
Chaosradio Express International
This podcast hardy ever updates. A very interesting series with interviews of interesting tech people. Updated very rarely and irregularly. chaosradio.ccc.de/chaosradio_international.html Engadget
This podcast has stopped. Basically an engadget.com digest, with the guys talking about the latest stuff, from phones, consoles, computers etc. Used to be roughly weekly but is no longer keeping up with that schedule. www.engadget.com/category/podcasts/ LugRadio
This podcast has stopped. Previous British series with four blabbering Linux-interested people discussing linux and open source. Too much talking at the same time and possibly lacking on techy details, but still lots of fun. Updated bi-weekly. Open Season
This podcast has stopped. The Register's podcast about issues around and related to open source. Bi-weekly something. |
